Hello,

Perhaps my google-fu is not what it should be this morning, but I'm having a hard time finding information on how to configure for SSL. Specifically, I want to use jboss and keytool for the server certificate store and then configure LAMS to listen on the appropriate port. I know I could use Apache to proxy for it, but if jboss will do it then that's one less service to run. If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,

It's actually quite simple. Have a look at this page:

http://community.jboss.org/wiki/sslsetup

Thanks,

Ernie

Using keytool for the certificate import and changing the settings in /usr/share/jboss-4.0.2/server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat55.sar/server.xml was pretty easy. I just wanted to make sure that all I had to do was change the server url in the configuration page to make things work. I commented out the connector for 8080 as I need to run it all behind 8443, but that seems to break some urls. AlyshaT started a thread on it, so I'll stop this one here.
