I am wondering if any has a real world example on setting up the LDAP configuration for automatically adding users to groups and roles.

I cannot seem to get it to work.

I figured out that the group assignment was done by putting data in a specific LDAP attribute. I used the Office entry on my MS AD (physicalDeliveryOfficeName). I got this to work.

What if I have a user that should be in two groups? Can this be done though LDAP?

Next I am working on roles... any tips here will be appreciated.

Have you had a look at this:

I think the "Only One Group" is what you are after
