Hi Fellas,

A few months ago, we were asked to develop a new LAMS tool to add Adobe Captive and Articulate content.

The organisation that wanted this tool creates a lot of e-learning content using these two products and they wanted to be able to embed the content into LAMS sequences.

Now this organisation has been kind enough to give this tool to the LAMS Foundation so it can be release as open source.

So my question is:

Does anyone else here use either Articulate or Adobe Captivate to create their e-learning content?

This tool is complete and could be added to the next 2.4 release if we can get people interested to use it. Otherwise, we can have it as a separate tool that can be added optionally.

Anyway, looking forward to hear your thoughts (if any :-)

Thanks,

ernie

This is brilliant! I assume you're talking about articulate quizmaker, reading the quiz output. We are going to start using Adobe Captivate as well

Thanks Chris.

About Articulate, you can do quizzes or any other types if you like though. So it is not limited to quizzes only.

Additionally, if you create quizzes in Captivate, if you export your content with certain settings, the score can be passed to the LAMS gradebook.
