I wrote a short guide how to embed a LAMS sequence to a Mahara page in your Mahara Portfolio.

Prerequisite: You know how to create a View/Page and how to Upload file to your Mahara Portfolio. If you need to study this first you can read further here: https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/User_Guide

Hi Ioannis,

That's very cool.

You know about 4 or 5 years ago when Mahara was just started, we were planning to do an integration with them. We were discussing it with the Mahara developers but we didn't ended up doing it.

Ideally what we had in mind was to put reference to lessons in Mahara. So you can put them in your portfolio.

I hope we can get back to this at one stage. I really like Mahara!

Thanks,

Ernie

Hi Ernie,

Actually the best way would be that Mahara has a LAMS block, which could run a LAMS sequence. This ofcourse would have a meaning if there is a bridging of the two systems so that the users can move around both of them without having to login again and again. This bridging is available for Moodle as far as I know!

Until then, the way I did it might help others....!
