Hi Ernie,

If you import an old sequence in LessonLAMS and you try to export it you will receive ...

Learning design export failed

The reason is [org.lamsfoundation.lams.learningdesign.service.ExportToolContentException]

Thanks,

Spyros

Hi Spyros,

Once again, thanks for uploading the document with the issues. It was very clear and helped me a lot to identify the issues.

I have fixed the public folder issue and now shows appropriately.

The issue with the export portfolio is similar as the one I mentioned before in this thread: the problem with the image filename.

In the IM, you are only meant to see learners that are within the lesson. Not everyone in the course.

Thanks,

Ernie

Hi Spyros,

I had a look at this sequence and the issue seems to be related to a file that was uploaded as part of it.

There's an image file called:

Red_Εκπαιδευμενος με το LAMS.jpg

Most likely the file name has been corrupted at some point due to its file name and when LAMS tries to zip this file it fails.

Can you check whether this file is needed? If not, you can delete it.

If it is indeed needed, just rename the file, upload the renamed file and delete this one.

That should fix this issue.

If you need help, please let me know.

Thanks,
Ernie

Hi Ernie,

I did (the red_....LAMS.jpg has been deleted) but again ld export failed.

Are there any other ideas or any other files that are possible to have been courrupted?

Thanks,

Spyros

Hi Spyros,

You probably cannot delete it thru the interface due to the incorrect file encoding.

I have now deleted it manually.

Can you try again please?

Thanks,

Ernie
