What version of LAMS are you running is it 2.3.4?

In the cleanup.jsp instead of referencing FileUtil.TEMP_DIR it should be referencing FileUtil.getTempDir(). Both in head code and on the 2.3 branch.

Now that I look at it, the 2.3.4 patch should have included an update to the cleanup.jsp file, but it doesn't.

This will be fixed in the next 2.3.x update, but in the meantime I will send you an email with the correct lams-admin.war that will fix the problem.
