Hi Anna,

I would suggest you try using RTMPT instead (see the wiki page you mention at the very end).

Thanks,

Ernie

Ok, that (i.e. RMTP) didn't work neither, so i decided to go for an unistall (it was a newly installed local instance, so not much to lose) and perform a new 'clean' install (including regisrty cleaning). So far so good!
Now the good part comes: in the new installation at a moment the folder-where-i-installed-lams, just disappeared (this actually happened in a moment when localhost was running ok on mozilla!)and i found out some files of the installation (like lams-stop, lams-start etc) as pre-fetched files (.pf files) in some C:Windows\prefetched folder...And, it's getting better: when i try to re-install i get the message that another instance of LAMS is running
:(

Any ideas? (lol!)

ok, in-sta-bi-li-ty in Windows7 seems to be the keyword! I restarted my computer and now the directory--where-i-installed-lams has moved to
C:\User\ouc\programs\lams

(this directory didn't exist at all before the restart!)
The initial directory was
C:\Users\ouc\programs\lams

So now i have two folders: User and Users

i don't understand why this has happened..anyway, it seems to be working normally for the moment

Regards,
Anna

Windows is king! :-) (NOT!)

I find working with Windows very frustrating these days. Not only the double authorisation and confirmation of pretty much everything you do, but also the issues with ports! It's just a pain!

Anyway, good luck and let us know how it goes :-)
