We recently experienced a crash on our server. It occurred when accessing a chat activity (which was created in a much older version of LAMS). When the activity was accessed an error message appeared (sorry but we didn’t copy it) after which we logged out. Upon logging out the page went white and we couldn’t access the login page again.

After some updates and reboot of the server everything now works fine except for that specific activity in the account that the crash occurred. The same activity works fine in any other account.

Assuming that the crash occurred because of the chat activity, the question is: Do sequences authored in much older versions of LAMS crash in newer versions?

I don't think so.

However, you might experience some problems if you migrated your from one chat server to the next (wildfire).

Was that your case?
