Hi Jonathan,

I think you can get that in Gradebook.

Thanks,

Ernie

Ernie,
Thanks for the reply. From what I read there, I think that Gradebook will only take input from activities that output a numerical value...correct?

Here is the scenario:

I will give the class an assignment to work through a LAMS sequence during a week's time. The sequence will contain a series of lecture segments embedded as videos in Noticeboard activities, each followed by one or more reinforcement activities, probably in the form of Q&A activities.

I want to be able to know when they access each lecture segment and when they go through the reinforcement activities, but if I understand correctly, this can't be done, because neither Noticeboard nor Q&A give numerical output....

Or am I missing something?

Cheers,
--JM

Hi Jon,

Playing catch up here... :-)

I don't think we have access to Gradebook from LessonLAMS. But I don't think it will be too difficult to have it there as an option.

Gradebook gives you a neat report for time taken, marks, comments and competences.

It has two ways to dissect the lesson, one by student or by activity.

For instance, in this picture you can see the overall time taken for a student (Test One):

It also has the option for exporting this into an excel file:

Let me know if this helps and I can get the feature into lessonlams.com

Thanks,

Ernie
