Yes, as long as the forum and chat the option "Lock when finished" isn't checked.

Unfortunately, in LAMS 1.0.x Shared Resources doesn't have a "lock when finished" option... therefore once you complete the activity, you can't get back to it and keep adding resources... you can view them, but not keep adding.

In LAMS 2.0 all activities have a "lock when finished" option (unless there's no reason for them to have it -depends on the tool). But Chat, Forum and Shared resouces all have it.

Yes, in both versions you can access the data at any time.
