We used to have this problem before when you tried to save a sequence and while the backend took a bit to return a response, the Save button was pressed again, so another saving request was sent to the server. In that case, you ended up with two designs with the same name in the same folder.

I think this should be fixed already as now when you try to save a sequence, the flash interface does not allow you to press on anything really (while the flying pie spins around) until it gets a confirmation whether it has been saved or not.

Are you using the latest code? If so, then this is a bug and would you remember how you go about doing this so we can replicate it?
