Hi Jong-Dae,

All of these computers are running Window XP in Korean, right?

I'm just trying to narrow down the possibilities to see what can be causing this.

Thanks,

Ernie

Yes, they are all running Korean Windows XP. I found that there is no problem for English version of Windows XP.

It is strange.

Thanks for your support.

Hi!

My friend told me that it might be due to encoding problems.

Thanks.

Hi! Ernie,

I wonder every actionscripts and parameters were saved in utf-8 format. If the flash file (swf) contained some parameters which were not utf-8 encoded, these parameters may cause problems.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jong-Dae,

Yes, all files and parameters are utf-8. It seems that the problem is trigger at an event. So what we'll do is send you a customized LAMS Authoring flash file (swf) and then we add this to your installation as you currenlty have it. This flash file contains more debugging statements that hopefully will help us discover where the issue is.

So I'll send you an email shortly with the details
