Hi Murad, This is definitely something to do with your network setup rather than LAMS or the LAMS Community. Today I even installed Win7 Ultimate to test and I was able to install LAMS and also register with the LAMS Community (see pictures). I'm running out of ideas, but one thing to check is that you say yes when the question in Picture 1 shows up. Is that what you answered?
