I wasn't sure if I had answer it correctly this before, probably because I understood something different last time

If what you are trying to do is to get LAMS sysadmin to get monitoring rights over the sequence you created thru your other user in Moodle. In LAMS, add the sysadmin user as a author/monitor/student to the Moodle-created course. Now in Moodle, go to the monitor link to the lesson, open it and click on "Edit Class". Find the sysadmin user in LAMS and just add him as monitor.
