This learning sequence identifies the various levels of skills described in Bloom's Taxonomy (BT) and how it can be used to design questions that test student's cognitive skills.

Bloom's Taxonomy divides educational objectives into three "domains:" Affective, Psychomotor, and Cognitive.

After an initial survey of the students understanding of the Bloom's Taxonomy they are presented with a basic introduction to the underlying principles and a variety of resources to help them research the subject.

Students are then are asked to prepare a group presentation using a Powerpoint template, which is provided, to design a scenario and a series of questions that can be used to test a students understanding at various levels of Bloom's Taxonomy.

An additional personal response will be given, which should be a short statement from each student.
