Hi Ernie,

I hope you are well. LAMS forum is too silence the last period. I have sent two other messages last weeks but I have not seen them or any other answer for them.

When you try to rename a sequence LAMS does not support the UTF-8 characters.

If you have saved a sequence with utf-8 characters in it's name there is no problem. But, if you later try to rename it the utf-8 characters have problem.

Could you please correct it.

Hi Spyros,

Yes, sorry about your messages not being shown in the community. It seems that since we moderated the forums, no messages were being shown!

This seems to be an issue with the LAMS Community, as it is meant to send me an email when new messages arrive so I can approve it. These messages were never sent.

Anyway, about the UTF-8 issues, this requires some Flash work. We are aware of the issue but it's quite a tricky change. (See http://bugs.lamsfoundation.org/browse/LDEV-2559)
