Hi,

We have applied the Patch for the issue mentioned here:
http://bugs.lamsfoundation.org/browse/LDEV-2639

If my understanding of it is correct, the patch is meant to make the Print button that appears at the end of a sequence an optional thing we can turn on and off by going into sysadmin > Edit Configuration Settings and under features it should be listed.

The problem we have is that after applying the patch, no such option has shown up.

It does seem to be working though, as according to the documentation the default setting for the print button will be Off, and now when we complete a sequence the print button is indeed gone, so it has done that much, I am just wondering why we don't see the option to turn it back on if we wanted.

Hi Lachlan

> The problem we have is that after applying the patch, no such option has shown up.

The patch for version 2.3.5 that you have applied only to removes the print button.

The optional feature (to turn it off and on from the sysadmin menu) to is already fixed in version 2.3.6... however this is our development release (not yet tested and some what unstable release).

Thanks,

Ernie

Perhaps to further clarify this:

You'll see that on there the "Fix versions" states the versions in which this bug/feature would appear. In this case, versions: 2.4, 2.3.6

Thanks,

Ernie

Thanks for that, explains why we couldn't see the option!
