Hi all - i was looking for some guidance, advise or even a straight yes or no. We are developing a learning environment that consists of a selection of tools and one is LAMS. We have a system called eLGG which is our community social portal/network etc. My question is, has anyone experimented with a eLGG LAMS integration? According to supporting documentation from various sources, this should be more than possible using SAML2, but, has anyone from the community implemented this?
Cheers

Hi Robin,

We don't have a direct integration with eLGG. Although we do have a SAML2 SSO module though.

However having SAML2 does not necessarily mean that eLGG and LAMS are integrated... just that both use the same single-sign-on mechanism.

Here's our SAML2 documentation implementation as reference:

http://wiki.lamsfoundation.org/display/lamsdocs/SAML+2+implementation

I think this can give you a good starting point.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers,

Ernie
