When I open the monitor screen under moodle, go to (learners) tab and then click on a completed multiple choice question, I econnted this erros:
( java.lang.NullPointerException: Unknown runtime exception!)

I have LAMS 2.0, Moodle 1.6.3 and LAMS 2.0 integration module for Moodle 1.6.3 installed on my pc.
If you would suggest installing a newer version of LAMS then plz attach Moodle integration module for the suggested LAMS.

I need a solution ASAP,

This bug has fixed in 2.0.1.

If you have installed LAMS in Windows, I would suggest you to use the windows installer to upgrade to 2.0.2.

If you have installed LAMS in unix, see this thread and contact me directly.

You also asked about the Moodle module.

The Moodle module lamstwo that works with LAMS 2.0 also works with 2.0.2, so you can upgrade LAMS to 2.0.2 without making any changes to Moodle.
