I have created a group for the whole school and created sub groups for each year level. I added teachers to the school group with roles group management\|author\|monitor I added teachers to a subgroup with roles author\|monitor When I checked via group management and looked at the users some had author monitor while others had author monitor and learner. Why are some showing with learner and others not? Posted by Greg Jones

Sounds strange. I can only speculate something went wrong with the roles spreadsheet or somewhere along the line. Learner may be the default role given if there are no roles specified in the roles spreadsheet for a particular user. But I'd have to check that. Posted by Jun-Dir Liew
