Hi Ernie,

I need to make one thing clear:

> Can I make that a group could submit a file as a group and not as an individual person?

>You can do this by using activities like Chat & Scribe or Forum & Scribe are for. You can get a team to discuss a particular subject and get them to submit a report or document as group... and you can also apply groupings to them.

I want that the group submit a file as a group. You mean that with Forum & Scribe, the scribe can upload a file?!Where? Because I can only see a text box and I don't know how I can give the chance to upload a file to the scribe of the group.

Thanks

Sandra

Sorry, you are correct. The scribe cannot submit a file but rather a report using the text area.

If you *really* need the scribe to submit a file on behalf of the group, you can put a branching activity and inside one activity-less branch and one branch only for the scribes. You can choose Teacher selected branching so the teacher assigns the scribe to the branch so they can submit their papers on behalf of the team.

Not the most elegant of all sequences, but it works :-)

See images attached.

Thanks

Ernie

Thanks Ernie.
