Waow, Lams is such a mess. I don't get anything... So I will try to explain my problem as clearly as possible, even if I'm not sure I understand what it is.

Ok, so I am using Lams on the demo server (almost sure). What I am trying to do is building a sequence (what I think I have been able to do more or less), save it (I saved it on weird folder with my name on it). Now, what I'd like to do is export it to a Moodle of my own university. I'd also like to download the zip file.

Thanks in advance

Hi Raphaël,

So you are trying to export a sequence you created in LAMS (demo server) and import it into your Moodle at your university?

The first question is, does the Moodle server at your uni has an integration with LAMS?

If that's the case, then you can open a Moodle course, go to add a LAMS activity then click on the "Open Author" link and import your sequence into there.

If your Moodle server is not integrated with LAMS, then you won't be able to import the sequence.

Thanks,

Ernie

Ok thanks a lot.

Another question. I cannot edit my sequences once I have saved them and logged out from lams server. When I reopen it, it is impossible to edit the content. Is there a solution ?

You should be able to do this.

If you save your sequence in your own folder (the one that has your username), you are able to open it and then change it as you will.

Now, if you have started a lesson (using this sequence) and you want to change the running lesson, then you need to go into LAMS Monitoring interface and do Live-Edit... that way, you'll be able to edit the lesson that the students are currently using.

I hope this helps.
