Thanks for pointing this out. I believe I fixed your account now.

We haven't been able to figure out why this bug occurs and is rather sporadic.

I hope we are able to successfully reproduce it so we can get it permanently fixed.

Nevertheless, if you experience this again, please email me directly so I can take care of this.
