Good day.

I tried importing the LAMS sequences created by Jeremy but unfortunately I keep getting errors:

==============================

Import tool content
Learning design import failed
The reason is

com.thoughtworks.xstream.converters.ConversionException stopAfterActivity : stopAfterActivity ---- Debugging information ---- message : stopAfterActivity : stopAfterActivity line number : 51 path : /org.lamsfoundation.lams.learningdesign.dto.LearningDesignDTO/activities/org.lamsfoundation.lams.learningdesign.dto.AuthoringActivityDTO/stopAfterActivity cause-message : stopAfterActivity : stopAfterActivity class : org.lamsfoundation.lams.learningdesign.dto.LearningDesignDTO cause-exception : com.thoughtworks.xstream.alias.CannotResolveClassException required-type : org.lamsfoundation.lams.learningdesign.dto.AuthoringActivityDTO -------------------------------

==============================

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks!

What version of LAMS are you running? I think Jeremy made the sequences up in a beta version of LAMS 2.1, so they may not work in LAMS 2.0.4.

Currently using 2.0.4. Is this gonna be a problem? Do we need to upgrade our version of LAMS?

Thanks!

Sorry, it's not 2.0.4. We're using 2.0.7.

To import them onto your server - yes you will have to upgrade. But 2.0.7 is a special version of LAMS so your technical team will need to talk to us about how you can upgrade from 2.0.7 to 2.1.

But in the meantime, to run the the sequences, you can do it by following the links Ernie gave and pressing the red preview button.

To look at them in authoring, sign up to an account on our demo server and you can import them and look at them there.
