Is there any way to unlock a sequence which is locked - even though its no longer being used. I had some problesm accessing the LAMS server (, because i wasn't using the default gateway (now fixed) and somewhere in the process I was shut down, I think without closing a sequence, now will it be locked forever? Hi Mark, A sequence will lock if you: a) preview the sequence and don't click 'end preview' to finish the preview, or b) run a session using the sequence. You cannot delete locked sequences. Just copy the sequence (save as) and rename it. Robyn Posted by Robyn Philip

Hi Mark, Unfortunately, there's no easy way to unlock sequences. However, that doesn't mean that you don't have access to the sequence any longer. For instance from Authoring, you can always open the sequence and then save it as another copy. And from Monitor you can run this sequence with as many classes as you want. Locking of sequences is a bit of a pain, but this issue is now address in the upcoming version. Have a look at this posting for further details. Thanks, Ernie Posted by Ernie Ghiglione
