Basically you upload your pic using Share Resources (you can later remove the Share Resources from your sequence, the image will still be uploaded), and then use the file name given to you by the Share Resources tool. More details are in the other thread.

Note that if you import the sequence to another LAMS server, you might want to redo the process since the image will still be on your laptop.
