Hi Luisa,

In the LAMS2 Interactive Tutorials, you can find one of them that deals specifically with importing and exporting LAMS sequences.

Also, in the LAMS Community you can find 200 available sequences. Each community has available sequences you can use. If you have any questions, just let us know.
