Dear All,

I have finally got my LAMS-Moodle integration working (thanks Jun-Dir!). However, when I put a sequence in in moodle, when I click on the sequence I am only presented with an option to click "open LAMS monitor" and am not presented with an option to open a learner view. I have assigned learners and classes to the particular sequence in the monitor. Is there something else I am missing?

Cheers,

James Phillips

I have looked at this a bit more and have noticed that I am only getting this problem with my moodle 1.6 installation. I do not get this problem with my moodle 1.53 installation.

Hi again,

I get the same behaviour in 1.6 as well, where we should be getting a LAMS Learner link. I'll show this to Fei (he wrote the module).

Thanks,

Hi

It's fixed now. I've committed it to Moodle CVS.

Actually it was a feature requested a long time ago.
Not sure how come in Moodle CVS the fixed version was not used.
There is some problem in our version control.

I apologize for that.

Hi Fei,

Can you please post the link to the updated LAMS module please?

Many thanks,

You can get it from the CVS here:
http://moodle.cvs.sourceforge.net/moodle/moodle/mod/lams/view.php?view=log

Just click the 'Download' link and copy the text into a file 'view.php', and replace your copy of mod/lams/view.php
