Forum LAMS for Tech-Heads - General Forum: help with modules please!!

Hi, I'm Shalini, a student from Monash, and I've been doing some of the modules - just having a problem with the 'Polypharmacy2' module. I'm up to the prescription writing point, and after I choose the complete online option, an error message pops up:

Sorry, there has been an error.
There is a problem processing this request. Close the browser window and try again. If the problem persists please contact your system administrator or the technical forums on http://lamscommunity.org/.
org.hibernate.NonUniqueResultException: query did not return a unique result: 3 Show detail

I havent had any problems with any other modules, and am not too sure what to do??

I'd be grateful for any help!
