At the moment, as many as you can fit in the screen.

You can use the Insert/Merge feature to do the copy-paste across sequences now. I know it's not as nice as tabs, but it will give you the end result. See http://is.gd/bUvbY

b) For Examlpe: I want to use 5 tools with the same content in a sequence more than one times. I would like to have a new aggregate tool which groups these 5 tools, and when i need it, to use the new aggregate tool.

Giorgos, optional activities does group activities. Is this what you mean by aggregate tools?
