Dave, I've installed LAMS on a Win 2003 Server and I can see what you mean, but I can't figure out why this won't work with *exactly* the same html chunk than in a linux box. Puzzles me.
However, I found that on the logs the actual .flv file doesn't get called: 124.170.37.250 - test1 [27/May/2010:19:33:44 +1000] "GET /lams/flashxml/configData.xml HTTP/1.1" 200 2613 So this might be an issue with the player though. This is the player we use http://is.gd/cr3cS Perhaps you could see if they have a new one? The other option is to replace the flv player for another one.
