Sorry. What i mean is that how to make one account can be logged in in different places at the same time? And the account that has been logged in will not be forced to be offline when the same account is logged in.

Sorry, you cannot.
If User1 logs in and 5 minutes afterwards another person logs in as User1, then the first person gets automatically logged out.
You can have two of persons using the same username simultaneously.

Sorry, I should have clarified...
Instead of trying to use the same user from two different computers, you should create two users that have the same permissions. That is if User1 is a teacher on Course "Math 101", then create a User2 that is *also* teacher on the Math101 course.
