Ah... Windows, isn't it great! (not!)

You see, Windows is not case sensitive... but a Linux is. So when linux tries to find a table that has was originally in upper case, BANG!... the table doesn't exist.

See this page in the wiki. You will need to rename all the tables as explained in there:
