Thanks Ernie for the info provided.

While installing the toolbuilder plugin in the eclipse,
I get an error
-------------------------------------------------------------
Cannot complete the install because some dependencies are not satisfiable
org.lams.toolbuilder.feature.group [1.0.0] cannot be installed in this environment because its filter is not applicable.
-------------------------------------------------------------

I'm not sure what dependencies are not satisfied.
