Hey Leo,

Are you starting JBoss with the help of Eclipse or manually from the command line?

in case you run it with Eclipse can you please try to start JBoss from the command line.
As I suspect the problem might be connected to Eclipse.

and btw what version of Eclipse you use in Linux?
