Hi,

I using only LAMS (version 2.3.4) chat tool (not chat activity) but I have some other support activities. I enabled "Allow Learners to see who is online" and "Enable Instant Messaging" from lesson's settings. Students can see chat window but they can not see online users and messages don't appear.

Will this fix my problem as well? If not, can you suggest me anything else? As its an urget situation.
