Dear All A teacher asked me today whether share resources tool can be set up to only allow teachers to upload files and not students while a course sequence is running. There is no such advanced tab option. The only way I could think of was define in monitor (one-off)or hide any student files that appeared in monitor using the sequence tab. I'm currently using 2.3.4. but have checked 2.3.5. Advanced Settings for share resources Lock when finished Run content automatically (only available if there is exactly one resource) Minimum number of resources to view 0 Allow learners to add URLs Allow learners to add Files Notify monitoring teachers when a learner submits a resource Add Notebook at end of Shared Resources Shouldn't such an option exist or is there a way? Hi Chris, I think there's two ways to do this: 1) Is go into Author and Edit the activity: 2) Jump into the lesson as learner, get to the activity and add files in there. Would that do? Thanks, Ernie Posted by Ernie Ghiglione
