Forum LAMS for Tech-Heads - General Forum: Delete icon missing in Assessments tool

Hello,

Suddenly, the delete icon in the Assessments Activity builder is missing. The edit icon is still available. Does anyone have an idea how to get it back. The delete option is available in other activities, for example, Survey. I also dragged a new Assessment activity and checked. It is missing there as well.

The only thing that changed since we last saw the icon was a change to the port that we are using for our lams site and we changed to https from http.
