Forum LAMS for Tech-Heads - General Forum: Video Recorder tool looses videos after server reboot

If we use a Video Recorder activity in a sequence and there happens to be a system reboot caused possibly by a power failure, any videos that were recorded in active sequences have been lost. If we open the activity we can see that there was once a video there but we cannot play it. (see attached screenshot) It seems that the path/address of the video has been lost.

What we’d like to know is why this occurs when the LAMS server is restarted?
