I have a lesson containing several survey questions. What is the best way to get a comprehensive report of the responses?

I know that could export each learner's portfolio, one by one, but that is very time consuming, and I would then need to compile the results after collecting them.

I also see that I can get some kind of quantitative summary of each activity by double-clikcing it in Monitor, but that seems to give only aggregate information. What I want is to be able to look at Question #N and see a list of responses, identified by learner.

Hi Jon,

Specifically for Survey, you can export a report as an excel spreadsheet. Each question will have each student that answered it and their responses.

For instance, this is the summary report you get for Survey in Monitor:



And then this will be the report you get for excel when you click on "Export report":
