You are uploading it in the wrong place.

If you want your sequence to be in LAMS Central, go here, upload it there and follow the sharing instructions.

I make some changes to my Scenario and i want to uploaded again but the link to upload its not working :(
Is it possible to give the link again ?

So are you trying to replace your existing sequence? If so, I don't think you can upload a new version.

Instead, you can upload a new one and set the previous sequence as "private".
