Hi,
When I try to access my online module on LAMS, it shows the following error.

Sorry, there has been an error.
There is a problem processing this request. Close the browser window and try again. If the problem persists please contact your system administrator or the technical forums on http://lamscommunity.org/.

org.springframework.transaction.CannotCreateTransactionException: Could not open Hibernate Session for transaction; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Cannot open connection Show detail


Please can you guide me as to what I can do to access LAMS and complete my online course.

Hi Simran,

We have spoken with the NTU sysadmins and it seems that they had a problem with their cloud infrastructure that affected LAMS.

The issue has been fixed and now LAMS is fully restored.
