HI Niko,

When Moodle tries to connect to LAMS it does a server-to-server HTTP call. So you probably need to ensure that the windows firewall allows outgoing calls on the ports that your LAMS and Moodle work.

If you have Moodle running on port 80, make sure that the firewall is allowed to make calls outgoing calls on that port.
