Hi Ernie,

Thank you for the reply. In fact, the very first time I tried the url, I was guided to lams directly. But unfortunately, I logged off once, and the portal is refusing all my further login attempts! (even when I am logged on to NTUlearn). I tried many browsers but no luck. I find it strange.
Any further info from anyone would be appreciated greatly. :(
