OOPs a little too quick..
Answer to item 3:

Open the topic What is Greatness and then select exit on the Learner Monitor.
What is Greatness disappear and then you can selct Available sequences and Stainless Steel can be accessed

However ... Why What is Greatness has come in here at all is a mystery

Well, I managed to see all the sequence in there, no problems. See pict attached
