You can always go back to activities that you have completed in a sequence by just double clicking on them in the progress bar.

The progress bar is the flash frame on the left hand size in the Learner window. Note that each activity in the sequence is a "node" in the sequence... once you finish any of these activities you can come back to them by double clicking in the node again.
