Greg,

Could you give us a screenshot of the Add URL form? I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like on my server.

If you click the Add URL at the bottom of the screen, then it closes this form and goes back to the list.

Then once you are on the list view again the Save button comes back again, and you can Save and when you click this Save button, the details are saved in the database.

Which bit isn't working on your server?
