Forum LAMS for Tech-Heads - General Forum: Client window missing sequence bar!!

It already happened three times that my students can not see the "sequence bar" after they logged in and initial LAMS activity...
What I have done was to create three new user profile for them and let them kept going.
Is there anyone happen to this before? Is there any solution can fix this problem?
