I have recenetly applied the fix to speed up multiple choice. It appears that people who completed the activity before the patch was applied are seeing this error if they open the lesson. Posted by Dave Bauer

Dave, I've tried loading up an environment with LAMS 2.0.4 and the multiple choice patch we gave you and I can't reproduce this problem. This included completing the activity before applying the patch and the logging in as the user and reviewing the answers. But looking at the method listed in the error message, there is a bug in the code. I will be emailing you directly with a code update and we'll see if that fixes the problem.
