Hi Thành Bùi,

Translating LAMS 2.0 to Vietnamese should be quite easy. As you can see in the internationalization site, you can easily translate all the LAMS 2.0 modules to any of the available languages.

We didn't have Vietnamese before, however I just added it and made you the Vietnamese translator

Here's all the information on how to get started with translations.
